We are Sam and Ruth Vazquez, the co-founders of Emerge Coaching Solutions. We are dedicated to empowering high-capacity leaders across the nation in their personal lives, relationships, and ministries. With a background as Ordained Ministers, church planters, and lead pastors, our services are rooted in three decades of firsthand experience in the trenches. As Certified Life Purpose Coaches and Church Consultants, we leverage top-notch assessments, resources, training, and proven results to drive our offerings.

We have joyfully served in churches of various sizes, throughout the North East Region and most recently, the Midwest Region of the United States, while also training denominational executives, pastors, chaplains, and ministers. Our reach extends beyond borders, as we have supported missionaries in Mexico, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, and Africa.

As a complementary duo of introvert and extrovert, we excel in one-on-one settings, offering top-tier leadership guidance, couple facilitation, soul-care, and life-planning. Additionally, we thrive in group settings, leading leadership retreats, church systems conferences, and workshops for marriage mentors.

We firmly believe that healthy couples foster healthy leadership, which in turn leads to influential churches. Our passion lies in strengthening relationships, fostering thriving marriages, and equipping ministries to expand their Kingdom impact. When not coaching, we are proud parents to our wonderful son, Caleb Isaac. During our leisure time, you'll find us strolling through the neighborhood, playing Latin-jazz tunes on the guitar, belting out songs, sharing laughter over dad jokes, and exploring local culinary delights to replenish the calories burned during our brisk walks.
